Terms & Conditions – All Memberships
Members of all levels agree to receive marketing and other information, training and certification information, from time to time, including offers to upgrade their membership.
AWI reserves the right to alter its Membership levels and/or T&Cs from time to time with 60 days’ notice in advance.
Inclusion of any member listings and photos on any websites or social media platforms is at the discretion of AWI.
AWI reserves the right to reject or remove a membership at its discretion.
Bronze Level Memberships
Membership is free and is not subject to expiry.
Member may upgrade to silver or gold at any time but will be subject to the conditions set out by the upgraded membership in question, plus any waiting times which may apply to any benefits and/or discounts.
Silver Level Memberships
Membership is for 1 calendar year from the date of inception and renewable on or before each anniversary.
This is a paid membership level.
Membership fees must be paid in full upfront and upon each renewal.
Membership must be renewed on or prior to the anniversary date for continuity of membership level.
Membership must be continuous and renewed ongoing in order to qualify for the member benefits and discounts.
Memberships which lapse beyond 7 days of the anniversary date will automatically renew the member to bronze level, all discounts will be forfeited and all other benefits will revert to Bronze level and the member will be required to re-start a bronze membership entirely anew.
All new silver memberships and upgrades which are finalized and paid on or before an anniversary date of a bronze membership may take advantage of the Silver benefits and discounts immediately.
All bronze upgrades to silver which occur beyond 7 days of the anniversary date will be subject to a 3 month waiting period before any discounts are applied.
Discounts applied to training and certification are up to 10%. Rate of discount applied is dependent on the type of course, training or certification.
Membership must be current and the member must book and pay in full, in advance for any courses, training, certification or items and services to be subject to discounts or benefits.
Gold Level Memberships
Membership is for 1 calendar year from the date of inception and renewable on or before each anniversary.
This is a paid membership level.
Initial Memberships fees must be paid in full upfront and upon or prior to each renewal anniversary.
Membership must be renewed on or prior to the anniversary date for continuity of membership level and access to the benefits and discounts applicable.
Membership must be continuous and renewed ongoing in order to qualify for the member benefits and discounts.
Memberships which lapse beyond 7 days of the anniversary date will automatically renew the member to bronze level, all discounts will be forfeited and all other benefits will revert to Bronze level and the member will be required to re-start a bronze membership entirely anew.

Gold members may opt to have their name listed as a gold level member on the AWI website.
Platinum Level Memberships
Membership is for 1 calendar year from the date of inception and renewable on or before each anniversary.
This is a paid membership level.
Platinum membership cost will be less than or equal to the Gold membership subscription cost.
Platinum level membership may not be purchased or upgraded from Bronze or Silver level.
Platinum level is an Exclusive invitation to Gold level members only who have maintained their gold level of membership for 5 years or more continuously.
To be eligible Gold level members of 5 years or more must have maintained continuity of their gold membership in full, including payment of yearly subscription fees upfront on or before the anniversary of each year.
Gold level memberships which lapse beyond 7 days of the anniversary of their renewal date will revert to Bronze level membership.
All entitlements, level status and benefits will revert to bronze level and all platinum discounts will be forfeited and the member will be required to re-start a bronze membership entirely anew.
Platinum carries all the benefits of Gold, with an increased discount level of up to 25% for training certification events and webinars.
Platinum members may opt to have their photo added to the AWI website in addition to the option of having their name added on the website.
Platinum members may opt to have their name and photo added to any or all AWI social media platforms.
