Can any one help me. I have a weld test comming up for BEA systems, it is a CuNiFer pipe 6G using GTAW. I have got some experience welding s/s316L and Duplex SAF 2205 and carbon steel. I am sure I will get a WPS to read but I find that they can have such a wide rang it can be a little hard between what is writen down and what actualy works. So if any one can tell me how they gap the pipe what landing amps for root/hot pass and cap. I have heard that you can weld cunifer with no gap as well? any and all help will be appreciated. thank you
