No it is not qualified.
You will need to perform a macro to “qualify” your pre-qualified Fillet Weld WPS,

I think it is worth while clarifying the difference between a fillet weld and a T-Butt
A fillet – the vertical member is not preped, a T-Butt is
in my opinion an inline butt does qualify a T-Butt in accordance with As1554, not that I necessarily agree with it
but BB is right a butt does not cover a fillet weld
