1554 Patial Pen

    Hello all,
                What is eveyone's opinion on patial penatration butts and using full pen a WPS to cover it to 1554.1. I do not agree with patial pen anyway but it seems to be a matter of opinion.  :-\

    a partial Pen should be qualified as such, it is completely different to a full pen, in some respects it is harder to get fusion at the bottom of a partial pen
    Partial pen a re an economical way to increase joint strength without going the full way to full pen and play an important part of design
    but in my opinion full does not cover partial
