    If I was to qualify a procedure using WIA 4916TC electrodes 4G to AS1554.5 16mm plate and used the WIA rods for root, fill and cap could I then use 7016 koybs for the root and esab 7018 for fill/cap on the job or would I need to quilfiy another procedure using these electrodes??

    No. All those electrodes are of the same classification, so no need to re qualify.
